Participants

To apply for participation, please download the application form and send it filled to sel2021@sciencesconf.org before January 31, 2021.
If you are interested, you can still apply until february 15, 2021.

Registration fees (including access to lectures, housing and meals for the whole duration of the school, including taxes) are:
- 732 € TTC for PhD students and postdocs
- 1056 € TTC for senior researchers

Fees can be paid the first day of the arrival .

(they could be decreased as compared to those initially announced on the site, thanks to the generous support of the school partners, listed in the Sponsors page). Exemption from registration fees will be possible for participants employed by the CNRS or by institutions partners of the IDEXLYON project (limited number of places). PhD students employed by other institutions can also apply for financial support; grants will be attributed to selected participants after examination of all requests.

 All participants will be given the opportunity to present their research work during poster sessions (preceded by flash oral presentations).

Sponsors

The Son et Lumiere schools gather renowned lecturers and scholars from various horizons and thus represent an excellent occasion to present and demonstrate your company’s products. We are proposing two different sponsorship possibilities :

– Distant sponsor formula (500€ excl. tax): your logo will be displayed on the website of the school, in the written programme and in the introduction talk given by the organizers. Additionally, you will be given the possibility to include one of your leaflet in the package given to all participants.

– On-site sponsor formula (1000 € excl. tax), including the same possibilities as the previous formula with additionally two nights at the conference center, an oral presentation, and meals and coffee breaks with other participants.
